Jeffrey Maxwell is the principal and sole member of Maxwell Law, PLLC. Mr. Maxwell's practice area focuses on civil litigation, contract and lease disputes, client collections, enforcement of judgments, as well as wills and estate planning. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, mediation and appeal. Mr. Maxwell has practiced in both federal and state courts, before private arbitration panels, and before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Maxwell was an associate at the Law Offices of Michael A. Goldfarb, where he gained experience in a variety of matters pertaining to Enron and other energy-related litigation, in client collections helping a major firm wind down its business, in commercial lease disputes helping commercial landlords resolve disputes with tenants, and in other large-scale, commercial litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Maxwell possesses a detailed technological skill set and understanding of Information Technology and its use in the law. He has planned and managed the acquisition and use of hardware and software technology and has extensive experience using those tools to further cases on clients' behalf.
